    Questions about domains

    01 Do I need to manage DNS myself?

    No. We connect the domain to your site for you, and everything is managed from the same dashboard as the site itself. If you know your way around DNS records, you can of course take the wheel.

    02 Is the SSL certificate included?

    Yes. HTTPS certificates are issued and renewed automatically for your domain at no extra charge.

    03 Do domains renew automatically?

    Auto-renew is on by default, and you can turn it off per domain in the dashboard. Alongside it you get the usual registrar controls: WHOIS privacy, transfer lock and your own DNS records. Domains are registered through NordName, an ICANN-accredited registrar.

    04 Are there special requirements for some TLDs?

    Some country TLDs have registry rules; for example, a .fi domain requires a Finnish business ID or personal identity code. The checkout tells you if the TLD you picked needs anything extra.

    05 Can I bring a domain I already own?

    Yes. Buy a new domain from us or connect one you already own; we handle pointing it at your site either way.
