Visitor analytics

We use lightweight visitor analytics on this site to improve the service. The tracking is fully anonymous, and no personal data is stored.

What we collect

Page views: which pages are popular
Referrer: where visitors come from (for example a search engine)
Device type: mobile, tablet or desktop
Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and so on

What we do not collect

IP addresses are stored only in anonymized form
No cookies are used for tracking
No personal identification takes place
Data is never shared with third parties

Country lookup from the IP address

Analytics records the visitor’s country as a two-letter country code. The IP address is matched locally on our own servers against the DB-IP IP-to-Country Lite database (licensed under CC BY 4.0), after which the raw IP address is discarded. Only the country is derived, never the city, region, coordinates or internet provider. The IP address is never sent to DB-IP or to any other third party. Contact form

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message, plus the phone number and company name if you provide them. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and never hand it to third parties.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address and name to deliver it. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes your address from the list.
